Subscribers Didn't Move to Self-hosted WordPress Site

  I just transferred my blog to SiteGround and none of my subscribers were moved over. Ack! Can you help?

  My blog is squeakygreenmachine.me and I had a Premium Account through WordPress. I just moved to self-hosting last week.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your subscribers can definitely be moved. Here is a link to the tool which will allow you to move followers from WordPress.com to your self-hosted WordPress.org/Jetpack-connected site:

  Thanks to your help, I successfully moved my followers! Unfortunately, the email notification going out is showing my personal email address, not showing my gravatar image, and is not linking correctly to my blog. Did I miss a step somewhere?

  Hello there!

  These are settings that will have to be adjusted on your self-hosted site’s Dashboard. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to your third-party-hosted site’s files, so cannot help you thoroughly.

  I can tell you that in your WordPress.org site’s Dashboard, if you go to Users → Your Profile, you can update your notification email address.

  To update Gravatar, in your self-hosted site’s Dashboard, go to Jetpack → Settings → Gravatar Hovercards → Configure.

  Well, I think I did it this time. I got the contact information working but the links in the message were still incorrect. I backed up my site, then deleted and reinstalled Jetpack to see if that would clear things up. Now all of my subscribers are gone. I did a restore of my new self-hosted site and I’m not seeing my subscribers. Is all hope lost?
