Subscriber's Email Addresses Not Recognized

I’ve had a few people who have tried to sign up to receive notifications of posts sent to their email inboxes. They get an error message saying their email address is pending and they will get another confirmation email sent to them. However, they never get any confirmation email. I have tried helping and when I did, I also got a notification saying that wordpress doesn’t recognize their email addresses. This makes me wonder if other people have tried signing up on my site and have had problems as well. How can I get these people signed up. I have others who haven’t had any problems at all.

Could you give me the exact e-mail addresses of the subscriptions that are having trouble? The addresses will be redacted from public view and will only be visible to you and WordPress.com staff.

The two I know for sure both end in wwt.net, which is from a local telephone company in my area. They are:

Hey Josie,
Ah – as I suspected. They’re both on the same email host. Can you have them contact their IT team or webhost about why our emails aren’t getting through to them?
I confirmed that we did send them the e-mails.
