Subscribers from wordpress.com

    Hi,
    I was just wondering about moving my subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. The sites in question are onelifeonewhistler.wordpress.com and http://www.onelifeonewhistler.com.
    Is there an easy way to move my email subscribers across?
    And I am a bit confused as I thought you couldn’t take your wordpress.com “followers” with you but theres a wordpress.com follower stat box.
    Any help will be greatly appreciated.
