Subscribers have been missing

  We have noticed subscribers list consists of 5 emails but there were 157 two week before.
  – We use Jetpack plugin for subscription.
  – Site and plugins have not being updated for last two week.

  What is the reason of this problem?
  How we can return reestablish full list of subscribers?
