Subscribers list has been lost

    We have a WordPress site connected to our a wordpress.com property via Jetpack and our list disappeared at the beginning of June (after someone noticed they were no longer getting notifications of new posts), we noticed that the property was no longer connected in our main WordPress site so reconnected it only to discover the previous list of subscribers was missing and only new subscribers are showing (after we reconnected). How can we retrieve/recover our old list?
