Hi there! Could you please tell me what happens when you attempt your transfer according to :
http://jetpack.me/support/subscriptions/transferring-followers/
If you are seeing an error message of any kind, please let me know and I’ll troubleshoot the issue for you!
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

Hey thanks so much for your help- I tried that and it told me that I can’t do that without being the owner. Its so strange since I double checked and made sure I’m logging into the old wordpress.com account and listing myself in both platforms as administrator. No one else has ever been the owner/creator.

That is strange. As I’m not entirely certain why you’re encountering that error, I’m happy to complete the transfer for you. I do need confirmation that you want the followers from homegrownhostess.wordpress.com to be migrated to your self-hosted, Jetpack site, homegrownhostess.com/.
Let me know if this is the case and I can manually transfer your subscribers. Thanks much!

Hey there!
No problem. I took care of your follower migration this morning. I moved 109 WordPress.com subscribers and 4 email subscribers (113 total) to your new, self-hosted site.It may take a couple hours for these numbers to appear in your stats, but they should show up quite soon.
Just a heads up, only your site’s followers are moved during this migration. Facebook and Twitter followers are not.
Let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers!
