Subscribers Migration

  Hi,

  I want to migrate my subscribers from my blog Besthoopers.wordpress.com to my wordpress website hoopbodylove.com but there is no ‘migrate frollowers from another site’ under the ‘settings-discussion-jetpack subscribers’ Can you help please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Staff can help you migrate your subscribers from your WordPress.COM site to your WordPress.ORG site.

  So…, If you want this to be done by the staff then tag this question with the modlook tag, so that it gets the staff’s attention.

  Hi @chiqihoopini, can you double check your site URL settings? Don’t change them yet – you’ll want to be careful with that. But on my end I’m seeing a mix between hoopbodylove.com with and without a www, and I think that’s causing issues with the connection here.

  Let us know what you find.
