Subscribers no longer receive newletters

In recent times I realized that I had a lot less visits than before .. I wondered why because I did not change my way of doing … but hey.
I think I found out why, I have some subscribers pointed out to me that they have not received a newletter for several days for every article published. I asked them to subscribe again but I would like to know if I can intervene in the settings or other so that it does not happen again? I can not ask all my subscribers to re-subscribe since they are far from all contact me ….
This would explain my decrease in visits …. So if there was a way that would suit me.
I was advised to give you addresses of people who do not receive my newletters, but I could not pick them up.
I can only give you this one because she told me she was re-subscribing: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

I don’t see anything wrong with subscriptions on your site.
If specific people are not receiving emails for new posts on your site, we’ll need to know their email addresses or WordPress.com usernames, if they subscribed using a WordPress.com account, to check if there’s been any changes to their subscription settings.
Please do not ask them to unsubscribe and resubscribe, as that would prevent us from checking if there’s anything wrong with their current subscription.
All I can tell you about the one email you did provide here is our logs show they subscribed to your site about seven hours ago. Your last post on your site was around ten hours ago, so that subscription was only created after your last post was published, and as such no email have been sent to them for posts on your site yet.

Thank you for your reply. I know that the email I gave you is recent since the person subscribed again. It’s not someone who has an open blog on wordpress.
I can not find the mails of people who told me about this incident unfortunately.
I see that as a result, you can not do anything … too bad then.

I assume they’re existing followers of your site, correct? How did they tell you they’re not receiving emails? If they did it via commenting on your site, just give me the WordPress.com usernames they used to comment, or even just a link to the post on your site where they commented, and I can find their info from there.

What made me react is that I found that I have decreased in visits since 2019 .. but it could be no report.
I confess I do not understand why I have fallen so much.

If it helps, I was able to spot check a few random addresses for you, and they are receiving the emails.

Was this all year or just this month? Traffic flow obviously has a lot of factors involved, but if you know exactly when the new pattern started we might be able to see if we can see anything.
