Subscribers not being added to Users; Subscribers not receiving emails

I have had the hardest time with my emailed subscribers. I know at least 10 people who subscribed to my website yesterday, but for some reason that’s not showing up on my User dashboard. The Subscribers are also not receiving a confirmation email upon subscribing.
Also, when on WordPress.com, there are two different websites to update all of the settings. One starts with wordpress.com and the other one starts with my website. My website does not seem to be updated. But it switches me back and forth between the two depending on what link the Google informational Word Press information sends me to.
We’ve worked on this for hours now, so we would love some help forward. Thank you

The reason being is that, they may need to be signed in, in order to follow the site.

We’ve just been updated by our team, email notifications should go out now without issue. For any notifications that were missed over the weekend (when the issue seems to have started) we are looking into re-sending those, but for any new posts you publish your subscribers will be notified as usual.
