subscribers not emailed

    Yesterday no e-mail went out to my subscribers for my blog post. I would love to get this resolved before my posting for tomorrow. Thanks!

    Hi there,

    It does appear that your post, Grappling with sports, was not emailed, but I see in the revision history that you originally wrote that post in October. Is this an old post that you republished by changing the date? If so, that’s why the email did not go out.

    Emails and Publicize shares only go out the first time a post is published. Updating the post, or changing the date of the post, does not send a new email for the same post.

    Your latest post published earlier today was sent to your subscribers, according to our logs, and I don’t see anything wrong with this feature on your site.
