Subscribers not getting our email updates

  We have recently moved over to self hosted and our email subscribers no longer get our new post emails. Please help!

  Hi there,
  You install and activate the Jetpack plugin http://jetpack.me on your wordpress.com install. Then you follow these instructions https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site
