subscribers not receiving blog via email

Some of my subscribers have complained that they are not getting my blog via email anymore. I suggested that they re-subscribe, but even that hasn’t helped. What can they do? Is there a problem on WordPress’s end? Please advise.

Hi there – There is currently an issue with weekly and daily digest subscriptions which you can read about here.
If that’s not the problem, please point your subscribers to these troubleshooting steps.
