Subscribers not receiving confirmation emails

Multiple would-be subscribers have now contacted me via email to say that they tried to subscribe to my blog an never received a confirmation email. Early on, I thought this was a fluke with one person, but it seems to be a problem for many (because only a few will notice and report it compared to the many who will forget it ever happened or don’t want to take the time). Please help! I did see one entry on the support forum giving a link to this page, saying that we could submit those emails here and you’d take care of it. However, it says above not to provide any contact info. So…?

We’ll need to know the email addresses of the people not receiving the emails. Type each email on its own line, and they will be hidden so only staff can see them.

Hi there,
Some of those have confirmed their subscription to your site and some are still pending. Can you please reach out to them and tell them to check their email’s spam folder?
