Subscribers not receiving e-mail after publishing

Whenever I publish a post, wordpress has always sent out an e-mail notification to e-mail subscribers. For the last two posts, no e-mails have gone out – it has stopped working. Is this a WordPress problem and how can I fix it?

The site you’re referring to birdzofafeather.ca is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it’s connected to your WordPress.com account through Jetpack, therefore the best place to ask for help is the Jetpack forum:
