Subscribers not receiving emails

  Several subscribers have not received their emails. In the past I asked them to unsubscribe and then subscribe again but this does not seem to work anymore. Any suggestions?

  Have they checked their email client spam filter?
  Have they white-listed @wordpress.com?

  Also note that they have a choice of when they receive the posts so you may want to confirm what they choice they made with them.

  When readers subscribe, they’ll get an email update (either immediately, daily, or weekly, depending on the frequency they choose) when you write new posts on your blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscriptions/

  Thanks for the ideas. I will have them check. The thing is that the daily email was working for a while and then it stopped. Has anyone else had this issue?
