Subscribers NOT receiving emails

The subscribers to my blog http://oncewasnow.com/ are NOT receiving email updates since the past few days. What’s going on?

We are experiencing problems with our daily and weekly digest updates. We are working on the problem and apologize for any inconvenience.
Believe me, I want the daily digests back as much as anyone!

I subscribed to the forum you suggested. There has been only an increase in complaints by other users… Do you by chance have an update, any information regarding when this issue will be fixed? Is there any progress. I’m looking for a date so that if it isn’t going to be resolved soon, I need to come up with another option for how to handle my subscribers. It’s now been over two weeks since the issue began.

I truly honestly wish I had more information to give you. But I do not. I know that it is being worked on and I know that it is very high priority. But I don’t have any specific date when we can expect a resolution.

I’m getting updates from a subscription for another website but not for my own site http://www.oncewasnow.com
Today we have a big release we want our fans to receive an email about. Can you confirm what’s going on asap please? This issues is now almost a month old.

The issue should be fixed. I have been receiving my daily digests for about a week now and I have not seen any new reports of digests not working.

I have my own website set up as a daily subscription. I made a post yesterday and a friend of mine received a daily update at 12:43am on the 16th so I know for some people it’s working but… I still am not receiving any updates from oncewasnow.com at all.

Hi sorry for the late reply. Still having issues. I used to get my email updates for all posts in that day at around 11:30pm at the end of the day. Now it’s sending emails a day late and grouping 2 or 3 days together… it’s sending the email at all different times.

Yes, I am seeing some of that myself.
Are you getting all of the mail you should be getting, just at incorrect times? Or are you only getting some of it?
