Subscribers not receiving emails

    My most recent post was not emailed to subscribers. My blog settings are definitely on Public. Why did this happen and how can I fix it?

    Hi there,
    You can tell them to check their spam or junk folder or social tab in email inbox.
    You can also suggest them to whitelist the email addresses from which mail is being sent to them.
    White listing means adding that email as contact and making filter that the email coming from that email is not moved to spam.

    I am also tagging modlook to this thread so one of the Happiness Engineer or staff can fix your issue.

    Thanks for this feedback, however all of our subscribers have always received the emails except for this last one. Many people said they didn’t get it. I’m worried our settings (not sure which one tho) changed without our knowing it.

    There is no setting on your site which can prevent subscription emails from going out. Whether or not they receive emails are controlled by your subscribers, not by you.

    Can you please provide the email addresses of a few subscribers who didn’t receive the emails, then I can look into this. Paste each email address on its own line and it will be automatically hidden from public view.
