Subscribers not receiving emails about new posts

    My subscribers are not receiving any emails on my new posts. Please help.

    Hello Akanksha.

    Please provide specific email addresses that are not receiving your update. The email addresses you include will not be displayed except for the staff that will need to review them.

    I have tagged this topic for their review, be patient while they respond.

    Looking into the email addresses of a couple of your followers, I’m seeing that the system is sending the post notification emails.

    Can you ask your followers to look in their spam folders and/or “social” tabs?

    I’m having this problem too. Subscribers that used to receive posts are no longer receiving them. I’m not either and I’m signed up for it. So if they’re being sent to spam this is a new thing and I think it’s happening to everyone.

    I also have myself set up to be notified through mailchimp (haven’t put my whole subscriber list over there yet) and i didn’t receive a notice from mailchimp either this last time.

    My blog is barbraveling.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    This is the wordpress.COM support forum and the site linked to your username is not hosted here.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built in to WordPress.COM blogs.
