Subscribers not receiving posts

    Regularly my subscribers do not receive emailed notification of new posts. Really frustrating.

    Hi there, I can imagine how frustrating it can be. Just to clarify, is it for your Jetpack-enabled self-hosted blog? Could you please share additional details about when/how it happens, so that we can troubleshoot further? When did it start happening? What post URLs does it happen for? Do all of your users not receive email notifications for a specific post, or some of them do while others don’t? To be sure, did you ask them to check their Spam/Junk folders to make sure emails don’t end up there.

    I am sorry if providing additional information looks like a burden. With more specific detail, though, we’ll be able to investigate more, in order to get to the root cause of the problem.

    Yes, this is in regard to my Jetpack-enabled self-hosted blog, which may mean this is the wrong forum. I always mix WordPress.com with WordPress.org.

    But to answer your questions . . . It started happening about three weeks ago. It happens with all my new posts. I don’t know for sure, but i get the distinct impression that none of my subscribers is receiving notifications. I have not asked them to check their Spam/Junk folders. In fact, I have never emailed all of my subscribers because I’m not sure how I could quickly get all their addresses into the To field of an email. However, I doubt this is the problem. I subscribe to my own blog, and I’m not receiving notifications, nor is my wife or a couple friends I’ve asked.

    If you can help, I’d be grateful.

    Could you post the time your notification should have gone out (the time you published a post), along with the name of the post and a link to that post? This will help us chase this down.
