Subscribers not showing up
-
I recently created a page on WordPress (pennersplaybook.com). I’ve had friends and family subscribe, but for some reason, I’m not seeing them on the list of subscribers. Do you know why this might be?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Thanks for getting in touch. I checked your site and you can view your subscribers here: https://wordpress.com/subscribers/pennersplaybook.com
Please note that this page will only show active followers. Those who have not confirmed their subscription will not appear.
I hope this clarifies things! If you have any questions or need further assistance, please let us know.

Thank you! This is very helpful. I think the issue is nobody is confirming their email because it gets sent to spam. Is there a way to take this feature off to where an individual can subscribe by entering their email address without needing to confirm?

No, we’re not able to disable that feature as the opt-in process protects users from being added to sites against their wishes.
People who have trouble can also go to https://subscribe.wordpress.com to manually confirm their subscription. They would need to enter their email address and we email a secure login link for them to manage any pending subscription requests.
I hope that clarifies things!
