subscribers not updated

  Hello.

  I have a subscribe option on my home page. I can enter an email address, receive a confirmation email, accept it and I appear to have subscribed OK. However, on the dashboard, I see no subscribers, and any new posts do not generate a relevant email.

  What have I missed?
