  Hi, when new subscribers want to subscribe, they are repeatedly asked to put in their email address, despite the fact that they’ve put it in. Several people have told me now that they can’t get past putting their name and email address in, being continually asked to enter their email address. When I’ve tried to subscribe to see what’s happening, it does allow me to subscribe even though it says that there is problem but then it goes through, but it won’t allow anyone else to subscribe. I have no idea what the issue is and I’m losing subscribers.

  In your case, the thing that causes the issue might be related to a plugin you’re using to capture your subscribers’ email addresses.
