Subscribers transfer
-
Hello,
I just moved my wordpress.com blog on wordpress.org. The wp.com url was ellidaily.wordpres.com and I already bought a custom domain name, which was indiellie.com. This last ona is also my new domain where now I have my wp.org blog.
How can I transfer my subscribers to my new blog? I had something more than 100 subscribers and I don’t want to lose them.
Also, is it possible to transfer all the statistics (views, etc.) to my new blog as well?
Thank you for your support!
ElisaThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In checking your site’s Jetpack connection, I noticed that your site’s WordPress installation is still reflecting your host’s IP/user address rather than your domain. You should contact your host and let them know so they can fix it.
It is currently now:
69.195.124.116/~indielli/indiellie/wp-content/….etc.
And it should be:
indiellie.com/wp-content/….etc.
We need to resolve this prior to the subscriber transfer for a number of reasons, mainly because your Jetpack connection won’t work properly and you wouldn’t be able to see your subscribers or send new post notifications to them. It would also impact your site’s shortlinks and any publicized posts as the shared URLs would resolve to the IP address rather than your domain name.
Your host should be able to sort this out for you. Once that’s fixed, I’ll need to make some changes on your settings on our end and will have you do one more thing before we can do the transfer.
Let me know if you have any questions. Otherwise, I’ll wait to hear back from you!

Hi, I contacted the support and they told me they changed the IP. I checked and the Jetpack plugin is now working.
Can you please transfer my subscribers now?
Thank you so much!!! -
I have migrated your subscribers and followers to your new site.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
