Subscribers Upload Their Own Videos

I want to find out how to enable my blog subscribers to upload their own videos. Basically, I am trying to have my blog act like YouTube. I have not been able to find any information about this. I have found some plugin that would enable me to upload my own videos, but this is not what I am looking for. Anyone able to help?

If it’s at WordPress.com, it’s going to cost you at least $600 per month plus several hundred to set up, because you’ll need the VIP program.
Of course, on a WP.com blog anyone can put videos in their comment on any blog post.
If your blog is not hosted at WordPress.com, you’re still looking at an awful lot of money, but you’re in the wrong forum and need to be at WordPress.ORG.

Costs for something like this on a self-hosted blog can quickly escalate into the $100 per month range if it becomes popular, and at some point nearly all hosts are going to require you to move away from shared or VPS hosting and onto a dedicated server, which can easily cost you $250 or more per month.

I want to give you a link to my nacent blog.
It’s going to be a website for short, hilarious videos- basically, short funny videos by lesbians. No porn, just fun.
Here’s what I found out– get the Buddypress plugin, then get the Kaltura plugin for Buddypress. I’m still investigating whether Kaltura is going to be free or not. Kaltura seems to be what’s going to make it all work. Any further comments and help will be greatly appreciated. My site is hosted by InMotion. Their tech support is excellent.

We do NOT have FTP access to wordpress.COM gree hosted blogs and we CANNOT upload plugins into them.

OOPS! OK. ACTUALLY, I wasn’t asking you to upload any plugins. I worded it incorrectly. I was just announcing what I’ve done so for, and indeed, I have already uploaded the BuddyPress. Thanks for the redirection.
