Subscribing

I’ve tried for about a month–across 10-15 instances–to subscribe to your site. Simply to subscribe to your site. No matter which card I used, how I type in my name, etc etc it will not go through. Why is it so hard to pay for this website? What do I need to do?

I’m afraid this is not something we can help you with here, on the forums. It’s our Billing Support team who handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” They’ll get back to you from there. Thanks!
