Hello there, Mandee!
First, could you tell me how you know of these people who subscribed to your website? If you know usernames, or email addresses, I can look to see if they have followed your site.
I also want to confirm that you are looking for your followers at the bottom of this page:
https://wordpress.com/stats/day/mandeeschroer.com
I am showing that you have 3 WordPress.com followers, and 6 Email-only followers. You also have 2 pending followers who have not yet confirmed that they chose to subscribe to your site.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

Howdy Mandee!
Please see below:
what’s the difference between wordpress.com followers and email only followers?
WordPress.com followers are users that have followed your blog while logged into WordPress.com. The main benefit is that they can choose whether to receive your posts via email or to just see them in the Reader. For example, you can see all blogs you follow through WordPress.com here:
https://wordpress.com/following/edit/
Underneath each blog, you have some options for customizing how you receive updates:
Email-only followers are either A) non-WordPress.com users or B) logged-out WordPress.com users that have chosen to follow your blog by entering their email address in the form here:
You can see a breakdown of each group here:
https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog=9706220&blog_subscribers&unit=1
At the top of the page, you should see the option to switch back and forth between WordPress.com and email followers.
Could you clarify the email address or WordPress.com username of the user that’s having trouble following your site (or that you’re not seeing on your list)?
