I’m trying to subscribe to 2 new sites:
The Whistleblowers of Private Banking
and Non-Aligned Media
I applied to subscribe from my second email address of (email visible only to moderators and staff)
and actually I’d like to have all of my WordPress subscriptions
be delivered to this address rather than to (email visible only to moderators and staff)
as is presently the delivery address..
Is this possible?
Can you change it for the four existing ones and add these two new Blogs as well?
I would also like to change my user name to ‘Truthseeker’ or ‘Truthseeker1’
from ‘hanggovernmentcriminals’ as well if I can..

from ‘hanggovernmentcriminals’ as well if I can..You cannot register a username has previously been registered. There is no such thing as freeing up a username account as they are never deleted. They can only be deactivated. https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

Once you change your username you will not be able to change it back and the old name will not be available for you or anyone to use. If you just want to show your name differently please only change your Display Name. https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/
