Subscribing to blog posts

  I want people to be able to subscribe and get an email each time I make a blog post. I have it turned on for my site (https://www.lehnerdesigns.com/subscribe-to-the-blog/), but I tested it with one of my personal emails and when I clicked the confirmation link in the email I was sent, I got this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/374tp879kgqjouy/jetpack.PNG?dl=0

  How can I be sure people actually just get the email when I post a blog? I’ve done this in the past and it was easier and worked fine.
