subscribing to my blog

    How can the readers subscribe to my blog so that they automatically know when I have posted a new article without me having to send it to them through e mail manually? is this possible even if the reader is not a member of wordpress.com (does not have a site?)

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
