Subscribing to someone's WordPress blog with a different email than on my own acct

  I want to subscribe to a friend’s WordPress blog, but WordPress doesn’t give me a choice as to what email I want that blog to go to. It assumes I want it sent to the same email I send my own blog notices to…which I don’t.

  I used to have her blog going directly to my primary email address, but I recently canceled that address and got a new one.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It sounds like you are logged into WordPress while visiting your friends site.

  If you’re logged into WordPress while visiting the site, it will automatically subscribe you to the email address on your account.

  Your best best would be log out of WordPress. That way you can subscribe to the blog with the email address your choosing. Or you can open the blog in a separate browser where you are not logged into WordPress and do the same.
