I cancel my subscribtion of explorer version, because I add many websites, some of them can not work, so I delete all site and want to recreat my website and subscrib again, but I did not receive my refund for previous cancelation, I just want to remove all site from my account, and re-set up the site. but I found some site still can not be delete. please advise what should I do.

Cancelling sites and domains to reuse them, is the baddest way because chances are high you will loose your custom domain.
