On August 20th I got an email that my subscription renewal for economicsofhe.wordpress.com didn’t go through. So I changed my card detailed and renewed my subscription (redacted). But I’m still getting emails from “Anne from WordPress.com” asking for money and saying that my card details are wrong, even though i can confirm it’s been paid.
Also the information about my account doesn’t seem to be loading – it currently says “We had trouble loading the support information for your account. Please check your internet connection and reload the page, or try again later.” What is going on? Has this happend to anyone else?

Your domain registration was paid for and renewed successfully on economicsofhe.org. This does not expire now until 2018-09-19.
There’s a custom design upgrade connected to this site as well. This is what you’re getting emails about.
Head over to wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and you can renew or cancel that upgrade.

Thanks for getting back to me, I remember getting the upgrade.
I tried going to wordpress.com/me/purchases/ but all the purchases are grayed out. It won’t let me look/upgrade/renew/cancel any of them.
I can put in my bank details again, but the system already has them.
Any ideas? -
It sounds like you want to renew the custom design upgrade? I can do it from my side. Please confirm that you’d like me to process the renewal.

Great. I’ve renewed the custom design upgrade. I also added a few days to your domain registration expiration date so that now all of your upgrades expire on 2018-09-24.
I think it’s always simpler when things can be on the same date :)
You’ll see that I’ve emailed a payment link your way as well.
