  To whom it may concern,

  In 2016 i paid for the annual fee to upgrade my blog and i was not aware that this would be a rolling annual subscription. In 2017, payment was taken from my bank account at which i did contest as at first i did not recognise the transaction and thought it was fraud. At this point i was made aware that in fact the payment was made to word press and that i should contact paypal. I contacted paypal and cancelled any subscription i had with them linked to word press as at the time i was no longer using word press.
  I understand there is a dispute charge applied to my account of £17 however, in the last couple of days word press has taken money out of my account again of £30.
  Could i please speak to someone about this and as i would actually like to start reusing this platform, instead of a refund, could the money be transferred into the charge fee and the rest applied onto my account for future credit ?

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and do not see the recent charge you are referring to. The last charge was for £30 back in October 2017, and that has already been refunded.

  Do you happen to have another WordPress.com account?

  Let me know, and I will look into that for you.
