    I still haven’t received the amount paid for subscription. It should have been credited to my account long back. please look into the matter as soon as possible.

    Hi nikhilchauhan1239,

    Your account shows we issued a full refund on 10th May 2018 and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer. The refund has been sent so the next step is to contact your bank or card provider and ask if there have been any delays in processing on their side.
