    I’ve just had an email saying that my subscription to a WordPress account has been renewed at a cost of £84 and I’ve just realised that I have not used it for a long time and no longer wish to use WordPress as a web page as it’s not for me how can I get my money back?

    No worries. We can help. Which site did that plan renew on?

    The reason I ask, is because, there are no upgrades, charges, or sites associated with this user account here. Currently, you’re signed in to antthedec2015. We need to find the account where that upgrade is located in order to cancel and process the refund.
