What if I subscribe to PREMIUM and want to upgrade to BUSINESS after 6 months? How does the billing work?
To upgrade to Business Plan from Premium plan, you will have to pay the difference of both the plans.
How does it billing work if I want to downgrade after 6 months to PERSONAL?
You will have to contact staff through live chat or email to downgrade your plan to personal plan.
After downgrading, any features of premium plan will not be applicable to your site. If you have applied premium theme it will be changed to free theme, Custom css effects will be removed, extra storage space will be limited to 6gb, etc.
In both cases your cycle will continue till 1 year. In case of downgrading, to receive refund of difference of Premium and Personal Plan, you have to downgrade within 30 days of purchase otherwise it is best to continue using Premium Plan till 1 year and ask staff to downgrade to Personal when renewal date is around.
