  Hello so I want to subscribe for the personal account and it’s saying free for the first year then it’s £36. It’s asking for my bank details so I pay now or after the 1 year as mentioned ? I’m only asking because it’s asking for my bank details and it’s saying to pay now. So I’m just a little bit confused.

  A custom domain is included free for the first year included with an upgraded plan. You still need to pay the £36 for a Personal plan (now, not in a years time) to benefit from the included free domain.

  Hi there,

  When you subscribe to a plan, you pay up front for the year, so you will be charged as soon as you purchase the upgrade. To clarify, the domain you register is a part of the plan the first year and then after the first year, you’ll pay for the domain subscription in addition to the £36 plan.
