  Hi, I had cancelled subscription of my account and was informed that the money would be refunded. Can you please tell me if it has been refunded?

  Sure thing. I’ve reviewed the account and can see that we did refund £240.00 on 2020-05-07. Typically those funds only take ten days to reach you. Please check in with the bank directly about any delays on their end.
