Due to COVID 19 I am having financial difficulties and no longer am able to subscribe and would like to have my membership revoked and refunded? Please can you help?

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

This is the account that has been renewed for another year and i would like that reversed please.

The account you’re contacting us from has never purchased any upgrade. The only site on that account is malegazingcom.wordpress.com which is on the Free plan.
If you’re referring to another site, let us know its address so we can point you in the right direction of getting support.

Malegazing.com is the site. I have paypal receipt of the transaction but cannot post bc of this forum’s format.

That currently belongs to a different account, not the one you’re logged in as now.
If you do not recall the password for that account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Once logged in to the correct account, you can cancel and refund it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
Alternatively, we can cancel and refund it for you, but we will need to see the request here from the correct WordPress.com account.
