  I have been trying to contact you regarding my subscription. $145NZ$ has deducted from my credit card on the 23rd of August. I do not know what plan I am in but I would like to cancel my subscription and I would like to get a refund of $145 NZ$ since I have no idea about my plan and I have not been using your service. Thank you.
