  Hello,
  It seems my subscription was ended. I am trying to renew it but it is only giving me the option to do yearly subscription for $300. Before, I was on a monthly billing cycle. I would like to go back to the monthly subscription and not do a yearly payment. Thank you.

  As this account was only created one month ago perhaps you need to reveal the full address of the domain you wish to recover.

  Hi,

  Yes someone from the support team said they have fixed it but the option they describe is not in my cart like they said it would be. Do I just reply to the email to stay in touch with her? I try to reply but it says the email I am responding to is help@wordpress.com
