Hello,
It seems my subscription was ended. I am trying to renew it but it is only giving me the option to do yearly subscription for $300. Before, I was on a monthly billing cycle. I would like to go back to the monthly subscription and not do a yearly payment. Thank you. -

Yes someone from the support team said they have fixed it but the option they describe is not in my cart like they said it would be. Do I just reply to the email to stay in touch with her? I try to reply but it says the email I am responding to is help@wordpress.com
