  My subscription has been automatically renewed and I want to cancel it and get a refund. How do I do this.

  This can be cancelled and if within the refund windows, can be refunded as well from the purchases page as seen here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases.

  Thank you very much for replying.
  The fee was for subscription of €48 for the domain. I can’t see it on my purchases but it was taken from my account on 14th Feb. Is this within the refund window? And if so any idea as to how I request a refund.

  Many thanks for getting back to me. Can you confirm the domain in question please?

  The €48 sounds like it might be for the plan.. rather than the domain.

  If it is, it would be within the refund window.

  Hopefully by finding the domain, we can help to track down the charge.
