    Hi. I want to cancel everything, I have been charged lately by word press I don’t even use

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    I checked your account, and you’ve never bought anything from us as the WordPress.com username, rarmellenguetsop. This account doesn’t own any sites with us at all.

    Do you perhaps have a different WordPress.com username?

    If you’re not sure what site or account the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    From there you’ll also be able to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
