  Hi, this account was made with a free account when I was in school. I left almost 3 years ago now and you have taken a subscription out. I cannot afford this so please may you refund this subscription and close my account.

  You can follow the steps here to cancel a purchase and get refunded if the request is made inside the refund policy for a plan and domain which is 14 days for a plan and 96 hours for a domain.
