  Hello,
  I cancelled my website subscription over a month ago and I just got charged $30. I was wondering why I was charged, and if I could please get credited back. Thanks so much!

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  Then, after logging into the other account, reload that page or go to the link again. That will open up this post so you can reply here.

  By the way, I’ve just found out that you canceled the domain renewal and got the $28 refunded. When you’re logged into the other account, you can go to https://wordpress.com/me/billing to see the refund receipt. You may not need to reply from the other account since you already canceled it and a refund is issued from our end.

  I don’t see my refund receipt, but I did cancel it and was told I would be refunded. Do you know when exactly I will be refunded the money?
