I subscribed to https://therabidcapitalist.com and paid you $15 but the blog still thinks I’m not a subscriber and won’t show me full articles. How do I resolve this?

Hey there @matthewslemieux, the transaction is actually between you and the site owner, so you may need to contact them directly, or cancel if needed.
But typically when an issue like this occurs, it can be traced to an expired (or broken) login auth cookie stored on your local web browser. Please try these steps:
- Clear your cache and cookies based on the steps Apple recommends here: https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/clear-your-browsing-history-sfri47acf5d6/mac
- Make sure the “block all cookies” setting is un-checked under Safari > Settings > Privacy
- Try logging in with a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome. Do you see the same issue there?

@staff-totoro There is another subscriber of this same website having a similar issue accessing paid content like both @matthewslemieux and @thecount27 Perhaps in this case the issue is site specific?

@staff-doublebassd – I did receive confirmation as paid and I did not cancel my subscription. I also confirmed there was a charge on my CC for $15. And when I go here: https://wordpress.com/subscriptions/sites/ – it shows me as a paid subscriber.
