I cancelled my subscription with wordpress after I joined and realized it was not going to work for me. I incurred several charges in August and another just a few days ago 09/27/2023

I need all these charges refunded and whatever subscription is still active, to be cancelled immediately. I emailed days ago and reported this and noone has returned my message.

Hi @rydermuse67, I can see everything associated with this account was already refunded. The most recent renewal is on a different account. Can you log out and log in with the email address that got an invoice? Then you should be able to cancel here:

As long as you do this within the times mentioned in our refund policy, you’ll be refunded automatically. Cheers!
