    Hi there,

    To upgrade to the Starter plan, we’ll need to first downgrade your site from the Creator plan to the Free plan. It’s important to note that this process will delete all the data on your site that was added after the upgrade to the Creator plan.

    If you’re okay with this, please confirm, and we will move forward with the downgrade process. Once that’s done, we can then upgrade your site to the Starter plan, where you can also choose your new domain name.
