  Hello! I just purchased a WordPress Creator account. Moments later I was offered a 20% off coupon to upgrade, only after I signed up for a higher tired plan, out of the gate, in good faith. This greatly upsets me to be honest, I feel insulted, taken advantage of. This is not a great first impression. In an act of good faith on your part in response to mine, I respectfully request that the 20% coupon offer be credited to my account please.

  I see that you already canceled the WordPress.com Creator plan for a full refund. You can upgrade again using the coupon code you received to get the discount.
