    Hi,
    I’m sorry, I just signed up and paid $99 for a site for three years. As I look at the information to transfer my domain name and all the up charges you continually offer, I think I’m best with a subscription somewhere else.
    Can I please get a refund?

    You can request a plan refund within 14 days of purchase. To cancel a purchase, go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases, click on the subscription, and follow the cancellation option.
